Mesorb Ultra Absorbent Dressing

Experience reliable exudate management with an ultra-absorbent dressing designed for comfort, protection, and ease of use. This sterile, single-use dressing features a soft, highly absorbent core that manages moderate to high levels of wound fluid while helping maintain a moist wound environment. The breathable blue backing helps protect clothing and bedding from strike-through, while the white side is placed toward the wound for optimal performance. Suitable for a wide range of wounds, it can be used as a primary dressing or as a secondary cover over a transfer layer—and is compatible with compression therapy.

Intended for professional use and for lay persons under the supervision of healthcare professionals.

Application

1. Clean the wound carefully if needed, and dry the surrounding skin.
2. Apply directly to the wound area, or as a secondary dressing over a dressing that transfers exudate, with the white side facing the wound and the blue back side facing up. Ensure at least 1 cm overlap on surrounding skin.
3. Fix in place with a suitable fixation device.
4. May be used under compression bandages.

Frequency of change
Change according to the clinical condition of the wound, or before saturated. If the condition of the wound deteriorates, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Maximum wear time of each dressing is 7 days.

Precautions

Do not use on patient and/or user with known hypersensitivity to the materials/components of the product.
Do not reuse. If reused, performance may deteriorate and cross contamination may occur.
Sterile. Do not use if the sterile barrier is damaged or opened prior to use. Do not re-sterilise.
Do not use after expiry date; if used after expiry, product properties cannot be ensured.
