Shipping Policy

All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you've ordered.

Shipping Method 

Definition 

Flat Rate 

 Flat rate will deliver your package using standard shipping methods. Home health store inc ships using multiple delivery partners. A carrier will be assigned to your order at the time of shipping. Please note that whether you choose Flat rate or Standard your order will be subject to 1-2 business days of processing time in our warehouse before it ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Standard Shipping 

Standard is a premium service available to order shipping in Canada (excluding remote & airstage locations) that is provided by our shipping partners. After leaving our warehouse, our shipping partners will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible. Please note that regardless of the shipping method chosen, your order will be subject to 1-2 business days of processing time in our warehouse before it ships.

Local Delivery & Pick up 

In-store pickup is available at only our Edmonton Location. Standard shipping is not available when using in-store pickup. You will be notified via email when your order is available for pick-up.

Please note some items will not be available at the store so please call ahead or wait until you get notified. 

Remote Locations

Some provinces in Canada may be subject to higher shipping charges due to "remote" locations; such as North West Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador and Yukon Territories. You will be contacted by our team after you place your order for any additional charges that may be required before shipment.

Process 

To receive a refund, you have to contact us by email at info@homehealthstore.ca  and provide us the reason for your return along with your order number. 


Policy 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

*  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale item (if applicable) 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchange (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@homehealthstore.ca  and we will send you a return label. 

 

Shipping 

To return your product, please email us at info@homehealthstore.ca  and request a return label. 

Refused, unclaimed orders or merchandise returned due to customers’ error are subject to 15% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges 

We cover return shipping costs only in the case of sending the wrong or defective product. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.







Refunds



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Cancellations


Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action and is not always possible once an order has been placed. Please reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as possible. If cancellation is not possible at time of contact, our Customer Care Team can help facilitate a return upon delivery (excluding final sale items, please refer to the returns tab for full list).

Please double check all order details thoroughly prior to placing your order as we are unable to add additional products or edit details of your order after it has been placed. If you've made an error in your order please contact our Customer Support team immediately for best assistance.
