Experience gentle, low-profile foam protection designed to manage low to moderate exudate while helping protect fragile or sensitive skin. This thin, soft dressing conforms to body contours, can be cut to shape, and is easy to apply and remove without stressing the wound or surrounding skin. It’s suitable for a variety of acute and chronic wounds and can be used under compression bandaging and in combination with gels for flexible wound care routines.

How to use:
1. Cleanse the wound with saline or water according to clinical practice.
2. Dry the surrounding skin thoroughly.
3. Select an appropriate dressing size ensuring overlap onto dry surrounding skin. If needed, cut to fit the wound shape and location.
4. Remove the release film(s) and apply the adherent side to the wound without stretching.
5. Smooth down for secure contact. When necessary, fixate with an appropriate secondary dressing or bandage.
6. Change the dressing before it is fully saturated, at signs of leakage, or as indicated by clinical practice. Individual wear time may vary and can extend for several days depending on wound condition and exudate levels.

Precautions

• Do not use on patients with known hypersensitivity to the dressing or its materials/components.
• Do not reuse. If reused, performance may deteriorate and cross contamination may occur.
• Sterile. Do not use if the sterile barrier is damaged or opened prior to use. Do not re-sterilise.
• Do not use together with oxidising agents such as hypochlorite solutions or hydrogen peroxide.
• If signs of clinical infection occur (e.g. fever, increasing redness, warmth or swelling), consult a health care professional for appropriate treatment.

Additional information

The polyurethane foam may naturally shift towards a yellow hue when exposed to light, air or heat; this colour change does not affect performance when used before the expiry date. Dispose of used dressings according to local environmental procedures. For best results, ensure the product covers the wound bed with adequate overlap and is secured with an appropriate secondary dressing when needed.
