Returns:
Online returns are accepted within 30 days from when the order was received by the client. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
Non-returnable items include sale items, heavy equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, walkers), special orders, saline, Stealth Belt products, incontinent products, ostomy supplies, undergarments, shoes/slippers, socks/stockings, compression stockings, wound dressings, pillows/cushions, swimwear, bath equipment (e.g., bath chairs, transfer benches), body braces (e.g., wrist, ankle, back braces), crutches, air boots, items in contact with the skin, or installed home items (e.g., grab bars, raised toilet seats).
Restocking Fee:
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, with return shipping at your cost.
Initiating a Return:
Email info@homehealthstore.ca with your order number to initiate a return.
Defective Items:
For defective items, email info@homehealthstore.ca with your order number and pictures of the defective items.
